Client Conversations

Traffio now allows you to log the conversations and correspondence you have with your clients. This new area is accessible to employees with office staff and management level access in your company. This new section is located on the left toolbar above the operations areas. Within conversations, there are two sections, the conversation log and the conversation methods.
We understand that businesses have many different modes of contact, so we have created a conversations methods section. This section allows your company to create and colour code the methods that you use. This area comes pre-populated with general conversation methods by Traffio, such as e-mail, left a message and wrong number. Using the +New button you're able to create different methods including booking inquiries, invoice payment reminders and seeking employment.

In The conversation log, there is several different filter options such as author, method and date to choose from, this helps you save time and effort while going through the logged conversations. There is also the ability to sort conversions by data, depot, client, outcome and so on.

To add a new conversation to the log, you select the +New button on the top right-hand corner of the page. This opens a pop-up window on your page. While logging the conversation, the method, summary and notes sections must be filled in, this is so you're able to see at glance the topic of the conversation without having to open and read through it.

The participants drop downs allow conversations that pertain to certain depots, clients, projects or client contacts to be easily distinguishable and organised to improve the flow of communication through your team. Client conversation specific tags has also been introduced with some generic tags already generated for use.

Within the tags overview that have the application set to 'Applies to client conversations", a conversations tab allows further functionality by allowing the ability to view, search and export conversation using that specific tag.
As of August, 2022, Traffio's client conversations functionliy is considered to be a preliminary release and will be looking to expand functionality in the future.
